Description
Sources are sought to provide field technical assistance, system overhaul, system RESET and repair of spares for the AN-TPN-31, Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and the AN-FPN-67, Fixed Base Precision Approach Radar (FBPAR). The current source for these services is Raytheon Electronic Systems, Sudbury, MA. Raytheon is the original developer and integrator of the ATNAVICS and FBPAR systems. The government does not possess specifications and-or detailed drawings for the referenced systems. Changes to the current software may be necessary during RESET/repair/overhaul in order to achieve required performance of the systems/spares. The software is the property of Raytheon and is not available for competitive procurement. Sources capable of providing the aforementioned spares may contact the government, via writing or electronic mail, at CERDEC-PRD, ATTN: Carlos Diaz, RDEC-PRA -CA, Building 6007, 3rd Floor, Rm. F3-140-167, Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD 21005, or at carlos.diazrivera.civ@mail.mil. Responses must include documentation showing that the source is capable of providing the required spares. Responses must be received by 3 January 2019.
