- The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single firm-fixed price purchase order contract for non-personal services to establish and sustain the Knowledge Management (KM) program. The Contractor shall implement Garrison Strategic Plan (GSP) action plans linked to KM that are key to achieving Garrison strategic goals. These services are in support of U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden Plans, Analysis and Integration Division (PAID).
