Description

This is a sources sought notice/Request for Information (RFI) notice only; the purpose of this notice is to acquire knowledge about potential qualified sources that can provide the U.S. Department of Education with the qualified personnel and expertise to conduct evaluations of strategies designed to improve the Federal Student Aid system, primarily those tested under the Experimental Sites Initiative. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. The Government is contemplating award of single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to support these requirement(s).
