This is a Sources Sought announcement to conduct market research for developing a procurement strategy for an upcoming requirement. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED OR ACCEPTED. A Solicitation is currently NOT available. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought or any follow up information requests. After review of the responses to this notice, and if the Government still plans to proceed with the acquisition, a separate solicitation announcement will be published in Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPS) website (www.fbo.gov) for a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) procurement. Responses to this Sources Sought will not be used as adequate responses to any future solicitation announcement.
