- The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Division of Clinical Research (DCR) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Springer Nature Customer Service Center LLC, 233 Spring St, New York, NY 10013 to publish Emergency Response documents. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR Part 13.501(a)(1).
