Description

LHD 1-The Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion, and Repair, Gulf Coast (SSGC) intends to conduct a sole-source procurement of Material Procurement, Inspection, Kitting and Shipping for the USS Wasp (LHD 1) in support of FY20 Development Phased Maintenance Availability (DPMA). Requirements specify the contractor to perform the aforementioned tasks in accordance with a Statement of Work provided by SSGC. The place of performance will be Pascagoula, MS. Work is projected to start in February 2019 with an expected duration through approximately November 2019. These requirements will be procured as a Delivery Order under the terms and scope of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-16-G-4305 issued to Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, Ingalls Shipbuilding (Ingalls), 1000 Access Road, Pascagoula, MS 39568. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
