Description: The proposed project would repair two parallel entrance channel jetties and an offshore breakwater at the entrance to the harbor from damage caused by heavy surf and wave action. The work would restore the structures to original design elevations and slopes in order to maintain safe passage for vessels entering and exiting the harbor.
