- Solicitation Number 36C78619Q0091 This Pre-solicitation notice is issued for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to provide: All labor, tools, materials, equipment, testing, permits, engineering design, and construction to make improvements to the maintenance building breakroom located on San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery located at 32053 West McCabe Road, Santa Nella, CA 95322. Awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and must also be registered and certified in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ All proposals must be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs vendor portal website in order to be considered for award. Please go to VA eCMS Vendor Portal https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov in order to register. For registration assistance contact the VAAS helpdesk at 1-877-634-3739, or via email at VA.Acquisition.Systems@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about January 2, 2019. Responses to the solicitation are due by January 18, 2019, 3:00 p.m. EST. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments. Magnitude of construction project is less than $25,000. Reference FAR 36.204 and VAAR 836.204.
