This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 36C24719Q0206 is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 06-15-2018 & 07/15/2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm -Fixed Price Contract for Therapeutic Research Center s Pharmacy and Pharmacy Technician services for one base period, with four optional years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 519130  (Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals) and 1,000 employees respectively. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov at the time an offer is submitted. All SAM records must be active, complete, and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. All quoters that are SDVOSB must be verified through the Vendor Information Pages (VIP). PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The services will be provided electronically to the staff of Carl Vinson VA Medical Center located at 1826 Veterans Blvd. Dublin GA 31021. PRICE/COST SCHEDULE All eligible and interested vendors shall provide quotations for the CLINS below for a base year and four optional years using the Price Cost Schedule (Attachment B). Please read the SOW (Attachment A) carefully before providing your quotes. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the lowest-price technically acceptable.
