- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-19-Q-0693. This requirement is small business set-aside as concurred with by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $38,500,000.00. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order for Siemens PLM Software, Inc. maintenance renewal of NX I-DEAS, as follows: CLIN 0001: NX I-DEAS Software Maintenance Renewal Site 15009; Quantity: 1 CLIN 0002: NX I-DEAS Software Maintenance Renewal Site 31229 and 1106324; Quantity 2 The Software Maintenance's Period of Performance (PoP) shall be for one (1) year with coverage ending 01 December 2018. Delivery shall be FOB destination.
