- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is PAN408-19-P-0000000680 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333120 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-01-08 11:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. The 408th CSB SWA Qatar Contracting Command requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: BOBCAT-5600 Toolcat (brand name or equal) -"To be considered Equal, an offered product must meet the following minimum characteristics: multipurpose utility vehicle with lifting, hauling;removing snow, ice and other debris during winter operations. Should be able to offload heavy equipment items with the four thousand pound limit forklifting capability. Should be able to haul up to 2,000 pounds; tow up to 4200 pounds; all-wheel steering and able to maneuver in tight areas. Performance: Rated Operating Capacity (SAE): minimum of 1,500 lbs Operating Weight: minimum of 5685 lbs Travel Speed: minimum of 15 mph Machine Rated Capacity: minimum of 2200 lb All Wheel Steering (AWS) required.
