Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Hip Arthroplasty Implants for Left and Right Hips at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC). This is a brand name or equal requirement and solicitation W81K0219Q0059 will be issued on or around 08 January 2019. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. RFQ should be submitted to the attention of Linda Oshiro, Contract Specialist, email: linda.n.oshiro.civ@mail.mil. Telephone responses and FBO will not be accepted.
