Description

Furniture Moving, Installation and Storage Services for the VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C26318Q0577 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99-1. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business offerors only. Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award (www.sam.gov). Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 484210 with a size standard of $27.5 million. A list of the contract line items, quantities, and units of measure are listed within the attached solicitation documentation. The VA anticipates one fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award for all resources and labor necessary to complete the requested Furniture Moving, Installation and Storage services for the VA facilities located in Omaha, Lincoln and Grand Island, NE and each of their assigned Community Based Out-Patient Clinic s. VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System 4101 Woolworth Ave Omaha, NE 68105-3601 Grand Island VA Medical Center 2201 No. Broadwell Avenue Grand Island, NE 68803-2196 VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System Lincoln Division 600 South 70th Street Lincoln, NE 68510 2430 The period of performance is 01/01/2019 to 12/31/2019 for the base year period of performance. There are four one-year option periods available at the government s discretion. FAR provisions 52.212-1, 52.212-2, and 52.212-3 apply to this procurement and are detailed within the attached solicitation document. FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply to this procurement and are included within the attached solicitation document. Additional requirements are listed within the attached solicitation document. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) does not apply to this acquisition. Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by November 13th, 2018 at 5:00 PM Central Time. Offerors are to utilize the RFQ document pricing schedule. Quotes are required to be emailed to scott.morrison2@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time.
