Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, combination Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-15-G-0026 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), Melbourne, FL. This order consists of fabrication, assembly, integration, acceptance test and documentation of production representative kits to be installed on the E-2D AHE Aircraft. Preparation and delivery of technical information as required to support retrofit activities and physical installation and checkout of the ENTR (V4) capabilities into identified aircraft. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
