This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purposes of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of prospective contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing). The VA Illiana Healthcare System has a requirement for the following Eye Lane Equipment. This is a Brand Name Only procurement as only the exact equipment listed below is compatible with the existing equipment that is currently in service at the Illiana VAH. Vendors must provide ALL of the items listed below, this order cannot be parted out. Vendors must also provide letters from the manufacturers verifying they are Authorized Distributors of their products. The statutory authority for Brand Name Only procurement is FAR 6.302-1(c)(1).
