- This service will provide for the turn-key design, supply, delivery, installation, testing and training of a liquid nitrogen (LN2) distribution system at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The system will use double wall vacuum jacketed (VJ) piping to deliver liquid nitrogen from a bulk tank on the east side of building 1B bay 3 to locations in building 1B bay 2 and to building 1A that require environmental test chambers.
