The Library of Congress (Library) requires software support and maintenance that will enable the Library's Bibliographic Framework Initiative (BIBFRAME) conversion in the Metaproxy system to keep current with the evolution of the BIBFRAME 2.0 Resource Description Framework (RDF) Vocabulary and the Machine-Readable Cataloging (MARC) format changes. See the attached solicitation 030ADV19Q0103 and Brand Name Justification for further information regarding the requirement.
