- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Indian Health Service, Pinnon Health Center, Pinon, Arizona has a requirement for Boiler Services. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220 with a Size Standard of $15 dollars. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. Department of Health and Human Services shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by the contractor as a result of this Source Sought Notice.
