Description

This is a sole source effort to Northrup Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS) to support the repair of the RQ-4 Global Hawk (GH) National Stock Number (NSN) items due to proprietary data rights and integration requirements. The contractor shall repair and return assets to the Government in serviceable condition while meeting the delivery schedule for all requirements. The Contractor shall comply with the quality levels for repair necessary to return assets in serviceable condition and deliver them on-time. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide timely response to surge backorders and Mission Incapable Awaiting Parts (MICAP) delivery requests. Assets shall be delivered in the latest configuration authorized by the System Program Office Configuration Control Board (CCB) unless otherwise directed.
