Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in the resources, product, and mode of travel listed below. The result of this sources sought notice will contribute to the support of removing fuel from the island atoll as a one-time event. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This Sources Sought notice does not constitute a request for quote, bid or proposal; submission of any information in response to this sources sought notice is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred and shall retain all information provided with no expectation of return.
