Update as of 9 Feb 2018: The purpose of this update is to 1) provide instructions regarding access to and delivery of classified materials in response to the PTS Sources Sought Synopsis that was previously posted on 3 January 2018 and 2) extend the PTS Sources Sought Synopsis response date from 19 Feb 2018 to 26 Feb 2018. See attached Overview and Attachment NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-FEB-2018). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 08-JAN-2019, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE.
