- This is a "Packaged Office" contract where the purpose of this furniture is to better utilize space, as directed by the HHS mandate. The new systems furniture needs to match the existing workstations to provide flexibility and interchangeability. 5 Star Office Furniture Inc. is the only manufacturer that makes the products that match the existing workstations where installation will be performed by the manufacturer's certified installers to maintain warranties. It is necessary that the items being acquired from the particular sources be compatible and interchangeable with existing product to provide a flexible solution.
