The property offered for this RPX Project, San Pablo U. S. Army Reserve Center, located at 2600 Castro Road, San Pablo, California, contains 6.93 gross acres, 4.64 net acres, more or less. The improvements include two buildings with a total of 34,136 square feet. Building 100 consisting of 29,249 square feet and Building 101 consisting of 4,824 square feet.
