Description

This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued a quotation will not be requested. the Government intends to award a fixed price purchase order to Stemsoft Software, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1B3. Renewal of Annual Maintenance & Support of Stemlab application for one (1) year. Stemlab is the laboratory information system used in Cell Processing Section (CPS) of the Department of Transfusion Medicine (DTM) to support the collection, processing, storage and distribution or administration of cellular therapy products. This is already an existing system that requires annual renewal of the maintenance contract for support services and licenses. if we do not renew the contract the current system will no longer be supported by vendor resulting in possible system outage subsequently preventing Cellular Therapy product manufacturing. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
