- This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.SC. 8127. TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide pest management services for the following locations; Orlando VA Medical Center at Lake Nona, Orlando Lake Baldwin Outpatient Clinic (OPC), Orlando Lakemont Campus and Viera OPC. The Government anticipates a Fixed-Price Requirements type contract award with five (5) twelve (12) months ordering periods. A single award will be made to the responsible offeror that submits a technically acceptable, price fair and reasonable quote. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website at URL: http://www.fbo.gov on or about January 14, 2019. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Classification Code (NAICS) 561710 is $11 Million. Offerors must have a valid Dun & Bradstreet s Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) and an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to contract award. SDVOSB and VOSB offeror must be listed as verified on the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gove/. All offerors are encouraged to request their DUNS at: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/ and register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov/ prior to submitting their quotes.
