Description
The Communication Electronic Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) is conducting market research to identify vendors interested and capable of performing the tasks described in the attached draft requirement description documentation for the AFMIS PPSS requirement. It is requested that all interested parties review the attached described requirement and provide responses to this Request For Information (RFI). CECOM SEC would like interested respondents to fill in and return the attached market research Response Form. Please note that the maximum file size for email submissions is 5MB. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an Invitation For Bid (IFB), Request For Proposal (RFP), or Request For Quotation (RFQ). There is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI. Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. Information received in response to this RFI will be used by the Government for determining the acquisition strategy for the AFMIS requirement. Respondents will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that incurred by responding to this RFI. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The anticipated contract arising out of this requirement will be a total of 5 years in length, and as detailed in the attached Level Of Effort (LOE), include twenty-three (23) labor positions each year (1920 labor hours = 1 labor position). NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-OCT-2018).
