- DESCRIPTION: This is a Sources Sought announcement. There is no RFQ available at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Office (VARO) Roanoke, VA is conducting market research to determine the existence of companies that can perform the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to replace an aging pump assembly on the chiller that cools the Roanoke regional office server room. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Roanoke City, VA. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Replace Jet pump motor Replace pressure gauge Replace unions and pipe When assembly is complete the closed loop system s glycol will be flushed and refilled Perform operating test Any interested and qualified sources are requested to provide a brief capabilities statement and a letter of interest to Eural Bennett via email to eural.bennett1@va.gov. As part of your capability statement please include any current or past contracts you have been awarded or the ability to obtain sufficient proof of capability for this type of contract. In addition, include what socio-economic category your company qualifies as (i.e. Small Business, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, SBA Certified Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned Business, Woman Owned Business). Any information provided is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
