- The attached Request for Quote is for the inspection, analysis, test and evaluation services of thermal spray coatings at Tinker AFB. The resultant firm-fixed price contract will include a base year and four option years. All quotes must meet the technical requirements listed in the PWS and Attachment 2. Award will be made to the lowest-priced offer that meets the technical requirements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
