- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to MtronPTI, The OEM of the hardware. Failure to procure these specific filters will lead to unacceptable configuration designs invalidating the design and potentially leading to loss of program dollars. Proprietary data limits competition.
