- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure CoreSystems Rackmount Computers on a Sole Source basis from Rugged Systems doing business as Core Systems. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
