- The General Services Administration (GSA) on behalf Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM) Training Acquisition Branch, has a requirement for the purchase of National Fire Alarm And Signaling Codes (NFPA72) Training in Hato Rey, PR. This order is conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and in accordance with FAR Part 6.302, Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition. This RFP does not intend to use FAR 15 Principles. The North American Industry Classification Code NAICS) is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training.
