Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease maximum of 4,622 ABOA/net usable square feet (NUSF) in Orange County, Florida for use as a Readjustment Counseling Services (Veterans) Center for the Orlando VA Medical Center. The space must be Class A medical space on no more than one floor and can be provided by modification of existing space. On-site dedicated specifically to the government parking spaces for 25 vehicles is required to include 4 handicapped spaces. Documentation evidencing that the proposed property is outside the 100-year flood plain must be provided. A lease for up to 15 years, with termination rights after a 5 year firm term will be considered. The above requirements must be satisfied in order to submit a proposal. If any of the above requirements are not met, your proposal will be considered non-responsive and will not be accepted. Proposals are due February 11, 2019 at 4:30pm EST. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: SR 438/416/University Blvd. South: SR 482 East: SR 436 West: SR 423/John Young Parkway Expressions of interest shall include the following: Building name, address and age Location of the available space within the building Rentable Square Feet (RSF) available and expected rental rate per RSF ABOA/Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) to be offered and expected rental rate per NUSF Building ownership information Amount of parking available on-site; include its cost and indicate whether the expected rental rate includes such required for Government parking (if applicable).
