Description
Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received for Solicitation 36C26019Q0157 Guest Internet Services. Question 1.  Will this ISP service be connecting to an existing system? Answer 1: Yes, the ISP service will be connected to an existing system.   Question 2.  What is the Telecom DEMARC location (physical address, building #, and room number) for each location? Answer 2: The following locations are provided: Portland: 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road, Portland, OR 97239, Building 100, room B1A-109 Vancouver: 1601 E. 4th Plain Blvd, Vancouver WA, 98661, Building 13 (this building has no rooms) Bend: 2650 NE Courtney Drive, Bend, OR 97701, Room 132 Fairview:   1800 NE Market Drive, Fairview, OR 97024, room E104 Hillsboro:   1925 Amber Glen Parkway Suite #300, first floor Salem: 1750 McGilchrist St. SE, Suite 130, Salem, OR 97302, south end of building North Coast: 91400 Rilea, Neacoxie St., Bldg 7315, Camp Rilea Military Reservation, Warrenton, OR 97146, Demarc in the garage West Linn:   1750 Blankenship Rd. Suite 300, West Linn, OR 97068, Electrical Room (no room #)   Question 3.  Will the SDVOSB be allow us to utilize one of the ISP's in the local area as a sub-contractor to provide this service? Answer 3: Contractor will be required to comply with 13 CFR 125.6 Limitations on Subcontracting as provided in the link below:   https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?SID=50ff66d5d1cc9357d5f4ce114fcc5c79&mc=true&node=pt13.1.125&rgn=div5#se13.1.125_16 Question 4.  Does the SDVOSB need to have a state license or can the sub-contractor carry the state license? Answer 4: The entity performing the work shall be licensed in the appropriate state where work is to be performed. See Clause C.7: VAAR 852.237-70 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES (APR 1984) Question 5.  Please confirm that Contractors may  co-locate our equipment in the main demarc facility (MDF), intermediate demarc facility (IDF), and telephone rooms (TRs) (which will be physically and virtually separate from VA systems). Answer 5: Yes, contractors may co-locate their equipment in all locations which will be physically and virtually separate from VA systems.   Question 6.  Is there a current Internet Service Provider (ISP)? If multiple providers for differing locations, please identify by location. Answer 6: The current Internet Service Provider is Zoya Group dba Integra of Oregon.
