Description

This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company. The items for the requirement are as follows: Item# VLS Part# Manufacturer Part# Description A001 6261661 2-501760-1 MK 7 Explosive Bolt A002 75446126-1 2-101700-5 MK 236 MOD 1 Impulse/Cartridge Assembly The parts drawings are Distribution D; interested vendors are required to to be assessed/vetted to have permission to view Distribution D drawings through DLA JCP at www.dla.mil. The notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by the response date, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Responses must be submitted via email to the procurement specialist Alex Naval at alexander.naval@navy.mil no later than 2:00 pm PST on the response date noted above. The email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426719R0025 in the subject line of the email. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
