Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Acquisitions Operations Branch (AOB) seeks to award a sole source award to the CiM Maintenance Inc., 6300 Auteuil, Suite 201 Brossard, Quebec, Canada, J4Z3P2, for a CiM Visual Planner Suite for MAXIMO, Maintenance Service Plan (MSP) renewal. The CiM Visual Planner Suite is a proprietary software add-on for MAXIMO, and since it is built into MAXIMO, it utilizes MAXIMO ¿s existing security access and workflows. The four modules in the Visual Planner Suite are clones of existing MAXIMO modules so new users do not have to learn how to work within the modules since they have the same functionality they are used to, including result set queries and database configuration. All other resource planning/scheduling software resembles Microsoft Project in functionality, which is not visual or intuitive and would require extensive formal training to get users capable of being proficient in the use of the software. With the Visual Planner Suite, these functions are intuitive and include ¿Drag and Drop ¿ to schedule any activity or group of activities in a calendar view, click on any icon to perform actions, mouse over feature to display object attributes instantly, and hyperlink directly to any MAXIMO related application. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210 and the size standard is $38.5 million in revenue. The Government intends to solicit directly with CiM Maintenance, Inc. No solicitation package will be issued. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement. Ability to engage ALL listed capabilities within the attached Sole Source Justification is required to be considered capable. A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email to bworkman@usbr.gov. If no responsive statements are received by 01/16/2018 at 12:00 PM MT, an award will be made to CiM Maintenance, Inc. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JAN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE. PLEASE CONTACT 877-472-3779 or fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
