Description

This Pre-solicitation notice is for Construction requirements including fire alarm repair on the 5th floor of the Barnes Bldg and also Parking Lot 3 Storm Drain work including removal of 5 collapsing storm drain covers and rings, making repairs to 5 catch basins and re-installing rims and covers to catch basins, Parking Lot 3 Line Striping, Parking Lot 3 Fence Repair,and Parking Lot 3 Lighting Replacement in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the Boston AFRC (Barnes Building), 495 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210-2109. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance of 180 days after Notice to Proceed. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation for all the tasks in the Performance Work Statement. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 236220 and a size standard of $36.5 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-19-Q-1077. The solicitation will be posted on or about 17 January 2019. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
