Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP). THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE for current SBA-Certified, 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDBS) concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 541611. Through the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) Office of Acquisition (OA), the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), plans to solicit proposals from 8(a) small businesses having the in-house capability to acquire a wide range of conference/meeting related support services for the entire NINDS. The contractor shall, independently and not as an agent of the Government, furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government, to provide logistical support services for meetings and conferences on a scheduled basis, and as needed, for the NINDS. The contractor must be able to provide recurring services for meetings and conferences that vary in size and complexity.
