- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the requirement titled Construction Supplies at the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System, Reno, Nevada. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is January 16, 2019, and closes January 24, 2019 at 3:00 PM PST. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
