Description: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice that the National Cemetery Administration will be soliciting offers under Solicitation Number 36C78619Q0123 for Arkansas State Veteran Cemetery, 1501 West Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock Arkansas, AR 72120, after being posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327991 Cut Stone and Stone Product Manufacturing. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, and tools to supply Blank Granite Columbarium Niche Covers (H1), for use as replacements for Arkansas State Veteran Cemetery. AR. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov, On or Before 17 January 2019. No paper copies will be issued. Offerors are advised that they are also responsible for obtaining and signing/dating ALL Amendments to the solicitation which will be available at FedBizOpps. (Solicitation posting, to FBO, date is subject to change as necessary and an Amendment to this Pre-solicitation will be posted if the date changes). Quotes Due Date is 25 January 2019 at 2:00 EST, and Due Date is subject to change. This is a Pre-Solicitation for commercial supplies and prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 streamlined procedures for evaluation and solicitation for commercial items-as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation document will be issued. The solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. Solicitation 36C78619Q0123 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quote. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89 and are available in full text through internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far Evaluation criteria for this award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
