- Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 17, Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO-17) is seeking sources for the following procurement: Description: Overhead Warehouse Doors Place of Performance: Dallas VA Medical Center 4500 S. Lancaster Road Dallas, Texas 75216 The NCO-17 is seeking sources from any capable firm that can provide these supplies, especially Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Firms that can provide these supplies are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the Sources Sought (January 21, 2019 @ 0900 EST) to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name and are asked to provide a capabilities statement (if available) with their response. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government.
