Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland, Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) and Naval Test Wing Pacific (NTWP) is requesting proposals for aircrew services in support of the Naval Test Wing mission. The awarded contract is for certified and qualified operational aircrew to ensure completion of mission essential testing and evaluation for the wing squadrons at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division/Weapons Division (NACWAD/WD) Patuxent River, Maryland and Pt. Mugu, California and China Lake, California. The resulting vehicle will be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), non-performance based, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF). The anticipated level of effort (LOE) of 852,385 man-hours will be over a five (5) year ordering period. The requirement is a follow-on procurement to contract N00421-13-C-0032.
