- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), on behalf of the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA anticipates the award of a fixed price service contract IAW the Statement of Work for: Annual Performance and Acceptance Testing for Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology and Diagnostic Radiology Equipment (Services) These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Please see the solicitation for additional information regarding this requirement. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) participation only. It is mandatory that all quoters be certified. Responses received from non-certified quoters will not be considered for award. The government anticipates awarding a contract for a Base period of one (1) year; with up to four (4) option year periods of performance. Award will be by Lowest-Priced Technical Acceptable (LPTA). Please see the solicitation for the Statement of Work (SOW), terms and conditions. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 541280 Information and solicitation documents will be posted on the website of FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
