Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to lease approximately 3,000 square feet of existing Class A or B office or retail space in the Webster, TX area (see attached delineated area map). The ideal space would conform with local, state and federal ordinances; force protection standards must comply with Department of Defense's Unified Facility Criteria (rear secondary egress is mandatory); and, designated or open parking must be available to accommodate 17 vehicles. An initial five year lease is proposed and the space should be ready for occupancy on or before August 1, 2019.
