RFQ 36C25219Q0286 Bread and Bakery Products This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101_10-26-18. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311811 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is for 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is soliciting offers from Small Businesses to supply the Nutrition and Food Service of the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI with Bread and Bakery Products to provide for patient meal service. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and tools to deliver the requested items weekly throughout the year. Respondents to this solicitation must fully demonstrate their capability by supplying detailed quote information along with any other documents necessary to support the requirements below.
