- FLC Phila. intends to purchase software firmware maintenance renewal for Spirent TestCenter for two years on a source basis from Spirent Federal Systems Inc. of Pleasant Grove, UT. Spirent Federal Systems Inc. is the only source able to satisfy this requirement because they own the data rights to the source codes. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to FLC Phila. within two days of this announcement. Such information should be addressed to the attention of FLC Code 290.3D. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 334614 1,200 Employees. Only quotes from Spirent Federal Systems Inc. authorized resellers will be accepted.
