The Erie VA Medical Center has a future BRAND NAME ONLY requirement for the following Food Service System: Burlodge Multigen/Model; BLM602.700 RTS Short/Model; BLS10S.700 Spare Parts Kit/Model; RTS.HL.SP.01.10 B-Cool/Model; BC3-RH-GD Lowerators/Model; B2DTH-M-1530 Gravity shelf/Model; B2-FSGS-M-2620-4 Divider Bars/Model; B2-SSD-22-11G Anti-Falling Device/Model; B2-AF-REV1 Holder/Model B2-CBD Tray Table; Model B2-ST-M-2330 ADJ Tray Table; Model BMWCST-TRD-1020 ADJ Baskets; Model BL2 52802 Tray Dispenser; Model BATRC-M-1323-P Riser; Model HAT-COM-SP Trays; Model BLS00.000.91 Covers; Model 04.123.09 Cassarole Dish; Model 595819 Lid; Model 04.126.00 Training and Installation: The requirement also includes complete installation and start-up, on-site start up support, and training for all NFS staff at the Erie VA Medical Center, Erie, PA. The above named system is required for the provision of meals to Veteran patients and residents. The purchase of this system is essential to the plating, holding, and transferring of Veteran meals in accordance with regulated requirements for safe food handling and delivering and supporting the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plan that ensures food safety.
