Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K00-19-Q-0070 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20161222. This solicitation is for Vascular Bloodflow Testing System. The delivery date is 28 February 2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification system (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a size standard of 1,000. This procurement is being conducted small business set-aside. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered.
