- The Department of Veterans Affairs Dallas VA Medical Center in Dallas, TX is posting this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Facial Trauma Implants through the Contracting Office in San Antonio, Texas. The Government intends to make a contract award to a responsible vendor with a fair and reasonable price that can provide the required items in accordance to the attached documents, as a result of this solicitation for quotes. This action is a total small business set-aside for service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) only. The NAICS Code is 339113. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate evaluations and award decisions. Please submit all required information, to include an authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to Delphia Schoenfeld at delphia.schoenfeld@va.gov no later than January 25, 2019, 3 PM ET (2 PM CT).
