Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. The Supervisor of Shipbuilding - Bath, Maine intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (10 USC 3304(c)(1)) to Anritsu Americas Sales Company Of Morgan Hill, CA 95037. SUPSHIP Bath has a requirement to contract for a Spectrum Analyzer Test Set able to test EXCOM Radio System Cables for VSWR and insertion loss in the 14 KHz-30 MHz LF, HF, and MF frequency range. The Product Numbers are: MS2027C, MS2027C-0002, OSLNF50A-18, OSLN50-18, 15NN50-1.0B, 15NNF50-1.5B, 760-243-R, and MS2027C-ES312. This award will be awarded with NAICS 334515. Delivery will be made to 574 Washington St. Bath, ME 04530. Delivery will be 30 Days ARO. No solicitations package will be issued. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability by responding. This notice is not a request for quote. All interested and capability responses must be received no later than 02/04/2019 1:00pm Eastern Time. Responses received will be considered for the purpose of identifying competitive procurement, however, a determination by the Government not to compete with interested vendors is at the discretion of the Government. FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized to evaluate technical requirements and price. Interested vendors will submit FAR 52.212-3 with its offer. FAR 52.212-4 applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition. For further information please contact the Primary Contact listed above.
