Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K00-19-Q-0068 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20181204 This solicitation is for Non-Personal Services: Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy (CBCT) for Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Family Advocacy Staff Training Advanced (FASTA), Partner Abuse treatment Course training located at the Department of Behavioral Health Sciences (DBHS), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The period of performance is 10 April 2019 - 16 July 2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699, with a size standard of $11,000,000.
